What did Dr. Subramanian Swamy say about Aditya Thackeray that troubled IT cell so much??

In one of the VHS programs, Words of Wisdom, Dr. Swamy stated that Aditya Thackeray may have had flings but his chances of being part of SSR murder are remote. This single statement of Dr. Swamy has been blown out of proportion to spread rumors having no basis. One must understand that Dr. Swamy is a constitutionalist and won't give in to rumor-mongering based on public perceptions. Moreover, the court of law works based on facts & evidence and not due to likes, dislikes, or preferences of the general public. Therefore, from a legal standpoint, Dr. Subramanian Swamy took the most appropriate stand on Aditya Thackerey. After Sushant Singh Rajput's murder, none of the political leaders from BJP and Congress were willing to take a stand. Only Dr. Subramanian Swamy came to the rescue of SSR fans.  The seasoned professor/politician promised CBI inquiry for SSR, which was duly achieved after a persistent social media campaign and a phone conversation between Dr. Swamy...

Was Atal Bihari Vajpayee planted by Nehru to derail the nationalistic agenda of Bhartiya Jan Sangh?

Since Vajpayee has been many times brought forward in the context of Dr. Swamy, it is important to clear prevailing misconceptions about India's former PM. To get a 360-degree view, knowing the other side is also important. While several myths surround Vajpayee, there is one myth that needs to be busted for the benefit of the common public.  MYTH: Vajpayee was a Sanghi As Vajpayee was associated with Bhartiya Jan Sangh in its early days, many believed him to be a hardcore Sanghi. However, let me state that nothing could be farther from the truth.  Fact: Vajpayee was Nehru's implant The fact is Vajpayee was a Hindi journalist who got associated with Jan Sangh. Later he built trust and developed proximity with SP Mookerjee.  Vajpayee was also affiliated with Communist student wing during his younger days. He was alleged to be a police informer in his early days against Freedom fighters during British rule.  On many occasions, Vajpayee double-crossed and betrayed  ...

Facts that prove Dr Swamy to be the most pro-Hindu politician of contemporary India

Dr. Swamy's political life is characterized by fighting lone battles, defending individual rights, exposing corruption, and standing for truth even at the cost of facing unjustified criticism, yet never appearing conciliatory against his opponents.  His distinguished contributions make him the most unique politician in the country. Although it is difficult to do justice to Dr. Swamy's contributions in a single article, the following points will provide a broad overview of his achievements: - No politician, whether from BJP or Congress, has to his credit opening of a religious site as prominent as Kailash Mansarovar due to individual efforts. -  Dr. Swamy is the only politician fighting for freeing Hindu temples from state control. In TN, Kerala, Andhra, and Uttarakhand, he is legally involved in cases for the removal of state control of Hindu temples.  -  Dr. Swamy along with his associate and ace lawyer, TG Mohandas is fighting for freeing Devasom Board ...

Are stricter FDI norms sufficient to reduce Chinese influence in Indian markets?

In May 2020, India and China faced the worst ever military face-off at Galwan Valley, Hot springs, Gogra and Pangong  region in Ladakh. With the loss of 20 Indian soldiers and 43 Chinese soldiers, the Galwan valley clash was the bloodiest of all.  Growing tensions between India and China not only shook the geo-political relations across the world but it also led to the build up of hostile domestic sentiment against China's arrogance. As a result, calls for #BoycottChina grew louder and louder with each passing day.      Rising anti-China public sentiment compelled government to take some policy level measures such as stricter FDI norms for countries sharing the border with India. While this may restrict Chinese investments to certain extent, it isn't enough to neutralize the influence of China in Indian market. Recently, People's Bank of China raised its stakes in HDFC bank to more than 1% and later also invested in ICICI Bank through the FPI route. Although the...

Dr Swamy's three step formula to make India a VishwaGuru again

BJP leader and eminent economist, Dr Subramanian Swamy, invited as a Chief Speaker at a recent webinar of TiE on "Making India Succeed", spoke at length on India's existing challenges and viable solutions to address these challenges. However, Dr Swamy categorically focused on three major areas, which will help to improve India's world status and restore the country's past glory.  These are explained below: Improve the state of Economy Abolish income tax to boost consumption and savings among households. Bring down interest rates on business loans up to the level of 6% p.a for MSMEs. Increase interest rate on FDs to 9% per annum to facilitate higher savings from households.  Build roads to connect all villages with nearby towns. This will improve connectivity, reduce unemployment, increase purchasing power and spur demand. Social Revolution Indians must start believing in themselves as belonging to the same ancestral tree and identify themselves as prod...

Vatican's dubious meddling in Indian affairs through its network of Churches across India

Since India's independence, the Church has directly or indirectly influenced the electoral process in our country. During hey days of Congress, Church's role was relatively subtle in comparison to its present day involvement. It seems  BJP's  recent electoral successes have ruffled the ministries of Church.  Without doubt, the rise in public outcry by Church over threat to secularism and random acts of vandalism stems from growing influence of Hindutva in India. As a result, since 2014, different churches across India have been issuing letters (or fatwas) to their followers and warning them about the grave threat to secularism due to rise in Hindu nationalism. Following are some of the examples of Church's growing interference during elections: In December 2015, the Archbishop of Faridabad-Delhi Syro Malabar Church, Kuriakose Bharani Kulangara in a letter, wrote that victory of Mahagathbandhan in Bihar is a victory of secular forces over sectarian forces In November 201...

Bhagwad Gita, Chaper - 2, Shloka 7, Meaning and explanation

श्री भगवानुवाच अशोच्यानन्वशोचस्त्वं प्रज्ञावादांश्च भाषसे। गतासूनगतासूंश्च नानुशोचन्ति पण्डिताः।।2.11।। Meaning: You are grieving for those who do not need your grief. You speak the language of a learned man however, learned people never grieve for deceased and alive. Explanation: Krishna wants to convey to Arjuna that Bhishma and Dronacharya are such great souls that they do not deserve to be grieved. While Arjuna talks like a learned & self-realized person, he also exhibits foolishness in expressing grief for such great souls. Because learned and self-realized man never grieves for those who have left the material world and for those who are still alive.  Through his talk, Arjuna sounds like a knowledgeable and learned person, however, his sadness over possible loss of Bhishma and Dronacharya uncovers his soft corner for both. It is here, Krishna wants to highlight that self-realized persons understand that death is never a final destination. Moreover, grea...

Movie Gunjan Saxena fails to measure up to Nationalism; Karan Johar's Dharma Productions is all about ADHARMA

Karan Johar's latest presentation 'Gunjan Saxena' has once again reinforced the anti-national credentials of the producer. Despite Johar's declining public image, he is shamelessly pursuing the anti-national agenda with such movies. Karan Johar, it seems, has broken all barriers to achieve his avaricious goals while pleasing his masters across the border.  Bollywood has become full of trash, where producers like Karan Johar defecate their worthless ideas through movies, which is later termed as creative freedom. On several occasions, this rogue filmmaker has flamboyantly exhibited his miserable ideas on the big screen. In the movie 'Gunjan Saxena', deliberate attempts have been made to malign the reputation of prestigious institutions like Indian Air force (IAF).    A devious and dangerous game is being played to fool the audience, when a hot topic is picked up to present a theme that is anti-climax. In Gunjan Saxena too, the story of valour and patr...

Dr Subramanian Swamy's timely intervention brought Maldives in favor of India

Maldives, a small island nation in the southwest of India and Sri Lanka, consists of 1,200 islands and is spread over 35,000 square miles in Arabian sea. The island country witnessed fresh wind of change when political reformer, Mohammad Nasheed, won elections in 2008.  However, China's growing influence in Maldives led to the ouster of Nasheed in 2012. Later in 2013, Abdallah Yameen took control of Maldives government through Chinese support. Under Yameen's leadership, Maldives began to develop closer ties with China and Saudi Arabia. Dr Swamy with former Maldives President, Mohammad Nasheed   In 2018, a political crisis erupted in Maldives when Yameen hinted at delaying elections and arrested opposition leaders. Apparently, China's influence was creating a bigger political crisis at the Island nation.  China had already invested heavily in the infrastructure, trade and energy sectors of Maldives and was hopeful to induct Yemen in its Belt road initiative (BR...

Kalki's manifestation and Eight signs that prove his arrival is imminent

According to Sanatan Dharma, since time immemorial, whenever the world witnesses degradation of culture, in terms of morals and values, Bhagwan Vishnu takes birth in human form or any other living form. The form chosen by Vishnu depends on the prevailing circumstances and consequent need of mother earth. For example, the first Avatar of Matsya (Fish) was chosen because Bhagwan Vishnu had to get back 'Vedas' hidden at the bottom of the ocean by Hriyanksh. Till now, Bhagwan Vishnu has taken nine different avatars in different eras to restore balance on earth. From Matsya, Kurma, Varah, Narsinh to Vaman, Parshuram, Rama, Krishna and Buddha, with each Avatar born with a specific purpose. For example, Shri Ram's objective was to finish off demons first and then slay the most powerful demon (Rakhshas) Ravana. Shri Krishna's most important goal was to impart Bhagwad Gita's gyan. In present times, Vishnu's tenth incarnation as Kalki is expected to manifest anytime soon....

Bhagwad Gita's five shlokas that every Hindu must understand!

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन। मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥ (Chapter - 2, Shloka - 47)   Meaning: You have right over your actions and not on the fruits of your actions. Engagement in action for the sake of fruits will result in bondage. Avoid obsession with inaction just because it doesn't yield fruits. Explanation: A human has right only over his actions, which means he/she can choose the actions. While performing actions, don't develop desire to enjoy fruits of your actions. If you expect fruits, then you become the cause of such fruits. As a result, you will be bound in the cycle of birth and death. However, if you don't expect fruits and accept whatever you get in return without expectation, then you will free yourself from the bondage of action.  Performance of duty takes precedence over any other action even if it may not yield any material results.  यदा यदा हि धर्मस्य ग्लानिर्भवति भारत:। अभ्युत्थानमधर्मस्य तदात्मानं सृजाम्यहम्॥ (Cha...

Interesting facts about that Mountain in Sri Lanka which has a historical association with Ramayana

Even after 10,000 years, Shri Ram's pious life, sacrifices, public conduct and warrior mindset is deeply ingrained in the subconscious of majority Hindus. Ramayana, one of the greatest epics of the world, is full of events that prove the superhuman life of Shri Ram, Lakshman, Sita and Hanuman. Several present day sites trace back their history to hair-raising events of Ramayana.  For example, Ram-Setu bridge was a super-human feat of that era, which was an outcome of advanced engineering skills of Nal and Neel. Today, global scientific community has accepted Ram Setu to be a man-made bridge. Interestingly, several present day material formations prove the unfolding of events during Ramayana. Some events and consequent change in the earthly arrangement are indicative of mind-boggling capabilities of Heroes and villains in Ramayana. Hanuman ji's ability to travel across the length of Bharat to reach Himalayas, and then manually carry a mountain to Sri Lanka just in time to save t...

Senior BJP Leader and Hindutva Warrior, Dr Subramanian Swamy to lead the fight for Kashi Gyanvapi Liberation

Dr Subramanian Swamy is the Hindu Dharma Rakshak, a Warrior, whose combative style is now uniting Hindutva forces under his umbrella. His success at Ram Mandir and Ram Setu has paved way for other disputed sites, which have suffered due to Islamic invasions. Sants and Hindu activists across India are now queuing up for Dr Swamy's help in relieving temples from government control and restoring grand old Hindu temples that were lost to invaders. Just recently, the  all India apex body of Hindu Seers and Saints, 'Akhil Bhartiya Sant Samiti' (ABSS) have decided to restore Kashi Gyanvapi site (Kashi Vishwanath Mandir) and Mathura Janamsthan  back to the original glory.  At a meeting that was held in March 2020, ABSS formed the Shri Kashi Gyanvapi Mukta Yagna Committee for the liberation of Kashi Gyanvapi site. As per the meeting, senior BJP leader, Dr Subramanian Swamy will be the president of the committee and will explore & push for all possible options to restore Kashi ...

With Ram Mandir dream becoming a reality, Hindus heading towards a new era of Ram Rajya!

Heartiest congratulations to all fellow Hindu brothers and sisters on the historic occasion of foundation ceremony of Ram Janam Bhoomi. Ram Mandir victory is sweet and belongs to every Hindu across the street in different parts of India. From a simple sadhu to a common householder and from ground level Kar sewaks to Dr Subramanian Swamy, every Hindu is happy and looking forward to see the beginning of a new era.  For 500 years, Hindus fought to restore the pride and honor of Bharat-Khand and to witness the resurrection of the invincible Prabhu Shri Ram who took birth in the material world to redeem his devotees and enemies both. After 5th August 2020, Hindus will soon be witness to the grand Ram lala temple in Ayodhya.  While everyone played his part very well, few fighters deserve special mention for this historic victory. For example, the Kothari brothers who laid down their lives in the service of Prabhu Shri Ram. The untimely death of these two young brothers galvanized Hi...

Over-dependence on Chinese Telecom companies like Huawei is detrimental for Indian Telecom sector

In the wake of growing tensions with China, Indian telecom sector is grappling with new challenges related to implementation and  selection of wireless infrastructure in the country. Historically , India  has been dependent on Chinese firms (such as Huawei and ZTE) for the roll out of telecom infrastructure.   However, industry stakeholders are now maintaining caution over Chinese engagement in the possible roll out of 5G technology in the country. Amid Covid-19 crisis, China's global   image has taken a severe hit due to its suspicious conduct in hiding the spread of virus.    China's track record of intellectual property rights violations have further aggravated its issues with US. As a result, US &  European countries have banned Huawei and ZTE amid growing concerns of espionage and snooping. I n February 2014 , Huawei and ZTE were also reported to have hacked BSNL network and the matter was discussed in the parliament. An inqui...

Withdraw minority specific reservations at Minority institutions, funded by tax payers money, to bring parity in education system

Minority institutions across India receive grants from government and channelize a large percentage of these funds for the welfare and benefits of minorities such as Christians, Muslims, Jains, Parasis etc. Such inconsistencies rip-off the right of hard-working and meritorious hindu students to receive benefits of better education from these institutes. Despite having a meritorious record, majority Hindu students are left out from these educational institutions only because of their religious background.  With 50% of the seats reserved for minorities, general category Hindu students have to fight for remaining seats. This is the prevalent trend among so called prestigious minority colleges such as St Stephens, St Xaviers, Jesus & Mary College, Loyola College etc. In a recent tweet, Dr Swamy highlighted St Stephens case to prove the disparities in the system. The tweet calls for a re-look at the existing education system with the purpose of introducing further reforms.  ...

Don't permit foreign universities to set up branches in India: BJP leader, Dr Subramanian Swamy

BJP government has come up with a new education policy (NEP), which is being lauded across different sections of society. NEP 2020 has replaced 34 year old National Policy on Education, framed in 1986.  Although seen as a mixed bag by educationists, NEP does cover certain aspects that will be game changer in the long run. For example, inclusion of pre-schooling years in the school structure, mother tongue as a medium of instruction up to Class V and increasing government spend on education to 6% of GDP are some path breaking reforms. On the flip side, making higher education institutes as multi-disciplinary centres of learning could adversely impact the specialized identity of engineering and technical colleges. Typically, Arts and sciences subjects don't gel well in higher education institutes that build their reputation through specialization. Moreover, allowing foreign universities to set up campuses through 100% FDI route could adversely impact the functioning of do...
